MobileDumps Tampa takes every possible step to educate our customers as to how simple our service is, including pricing. Unfortunately not every client participates in wanting to listen. When you contacted the office, you would not allow us to speak and resolve this as was mentioned. Our invoices and receipts are simple and show the charges and when a dumpster goes to the dump and it weighs over the limit that is given in the quote (1 TON), you are charged $95/TON over the first ton. This was conveyed extensively prior to the drop. AND during the call today I mentioned to you that I emailed you the receipt showing the charges on 4/18 at 3:58pm. You even asked how we know how much the weight would be. As discussed, you were told that we would not know until we went to the dump where it's weighed on a scale. The information was conveyed that if it was over it would hit the card on file that was used to pay. All this information was disclosed prior to delivery. The receipt shows the total overweight amount and the amount charged. It was mentioned to you that we could reverse the charge if you would supply us with a different credit card, since you mentioned you wanted to use a different one. We simply needed a different card prior to issuing a credit. Instead you decided to rudely hang up. This would of been a simple fix. I did contact the additional party who was involved via phone and text to obtain a different card but never heard back. MobileDumps Tampa operates from a very high ethical standard. We outline pricing extensively with our customers. If our pricing, which was given prior to booking was the real issue than maybe a cheaper, less thorough service should of been used. Again, we offered to solve this by crediting your card and replacing it with a different one. This was an unwarranted review when a resolution was presented!

Your review is unwarranted because we arrived at the request of our client to pick up our equipment. The unprofessional manner in which you spoke with our driver was completely demeaning and rude. It’s unfortunate that you were extremely aggressive, belligerent, and lacked all business acumen when dealing with another business! Our driver was merely trying to do his job by servicing our client. He went out of his way by asking every single person he saw in the complex if they owned the vehicles to free up the parking spaces. There was absolutely zero reason to speak to him as you did.This rating does not reflect the service that we have provided to all our clients.
