Process & Investment FAQs
How long does the application process take?

From initial inquiry to signed FDD typically takes 2-4 weeks: 48 hours for FDD delivery, then time for discovery calls and your own due diligence.

What financing options are available?

SBA 7(a) loans are the most common financing path. Equipment financing and 401(k) rollovers (ROBS) are also viable. We can connect you with lenders experienced in franchise financing.

Do I need to be on-site full time?

During launch and the first 90 days, yes — you are learning the operation. After that, many franchisees move into a manager role and hire drivers/dispatchers as the territory grows.

Can my spouse or partner co-own the franchise?

Yes. Many of our most successful franchisees are partner-operated. We just need both names on the FDD.

What if I do not yet have my territory financing locked?

Reserve the territory first, lock financing during the equipment-and-training phase. Most lenders close in 30-60 days.
