We’re Chris and Jessica Jackson, the owners of Mobiledumps in Raleigh and the surrounding area.
Chris was born and raised in Connecticut and went to Western Connecticut State University. After graduating, he moved to Raleigh in 1998 for a job in local law enforcement.
Chris worked in law enforcement for the town of Cary and in the Wake County Sheriff’s office for 18 years until he was injured in the line of duty and retired.
He wanted to continue helping people through his business endeavors.
Jessica was born and raised in North Carolina and moved to the Raleigh area in 1995 to attend N.C. State University.
Jessica and Chris met in Raleigh and got married in 2003. They currently have a 17-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter.
They love being active in the community and working with other small local businesses and charitable organizations.
Chris is happiest when he is giving back to the community.
Jessica and Chris also own a Crawl Space Ninja franchise on the west side of Raleigh.

How do I book a trailer?
Check out availability online then give us a call. We take it from there. It is that easy.
When do you deliver it?
Mobiledumps are delivered in the morning between 7:00 – 11:30. If a specific delivery time is needed, please request that time in dumpster placement notes when booking.
What if it rains on my delivery date?
Our schedule is rain or shine and our trailers are typically booked every day with different users. That said, we recognize that loading in the rain is not ideal and if our schedule allows, we can possibly reschedule with an associated rescheduling fee.
Do you load the trailer for me?
No, our service is different that some of the other providers that also provide labor. You load the trailer yourself. Many people prefer this as there is no time pressure while you have paid labor waiting there for you. You can take the time you need to decide what stays or goes. It is also cheaper!
How long (or tall or deep) is the trailer?
Mobiledumps trailers are:
- 19 feet long from trailer hitch to rear gate
- 7 feet 6 inches high, measuring from the ground to the top, including 4-foot high walls
- 9 feet feet wide
That means a Mobiledump can hold 14 cubic yards of stuff. It would take eight or more pickup trucks to hold the same amount.
What do I do when I am done loading it?
You don’t have to do anything. We will come pick up the trailer at the end of your booking (i.e., one hour, 2-day or weekend service). If you are done early, say after the first day of a 2-day, you can give us a call and we might be able to get out there and pick it up early,
Can I put anything in the dump trailer?
Please take a look at the list below. We take most things but there are some items that we are prohibited by the local commercial landfills from dumping:

- Chemicals or Hazardous Items
- Animal Carcasses (No, Seriously)
- Appliances
- Asphalt
- Paint
- Flammable Liquids
- Dirt & Concrete
- Roofing Materials Limited to 25 Squares

We are a “green” company and do our best to recycle what we can, including cardboard, metals, and yard debris.
